At DEOSAI, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The product is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories are included.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number and clear photos of the product (if damaged or incorrect).

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Products that have been used or damaged by the customer.
  • Items without original packaging or tags.
  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Clearance or final sale items (if applicable).

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
  • The refund will be issued through the original payment method whenever possible.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer or another mutually agreed method.

Exchanges

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will gladly arrange a replacement subject to stock availability.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), return shipping costs will be covered by us.
  • For all other approved returns, return shipping charges may be the responsibility of the customer.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before shipment. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process.
