Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- During peak seasons, sales, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Coverage
We currently deliver to all major cities and regions across Pakistan through trusted courier partners.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times:
- Major Cities: 2–4 business days
- Remote Areas: 4–7 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, or courier delays.
Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping on orders above Rs. 2,500
- Flat Shipping Fee: Rs. 199 on orders below Rs. 2,500
Shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before payment confirmation.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS, email, or WhatsApp (where applicable) to monitor your shipment's progress.
Delivery Attempts
Courier partners may attempt delivery multiple times. If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect contact information or customer unavailability, the order may be returned to us.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and your order number. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or appropriate solution.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled before shipment. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled and will be subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

- Weather conditions
- Public holidays
- Natural disasters
